How we help seniors and families

st – We can provide our services at no cost to families because we are compensated by the communities when our clients move in. We partner with all communities in good standing regardless of whether we have a contractual agreement.

nd – We meet with you in person to get to know you and your needs. This is not a quick “how do you do?” This is a comprehensive sharing of information to ensure we understand your situation.

rd  – We’ll help you analyze care needs and the financial factors involved in your senior living choices so you’ll know what to expect, because different facilities set up their costs differently.

th   – We’ll use our expertise to help you understand the choices and narrow them down to the best for your unique situation. In-home care, independent living, senior assisted living, nursing care, memory care, or continuing care retirement community – it’s hard to know what’s best. We know all the Southeastern Massachusetts senior living options, we’ve done all the research so we can save you time. We often find families who think their parents need assisted living when they can actually live well with in-home care. It’s all about knowing what resources are available.

th   – We’ll tour senior care facilities with you and answer your questions objectively along the way. And that’s as many as it takes until we find the ideal –  whether it’s the first one or the fifteenth.

th – We’ll connect you to appropriate resources, from visiting physical therapists to visiting hairdressers from our trusted network of resources developed over years.

th – We’ll act as your advocate with whatever service or community you choose to ensure proper communication.

th – We’ll coordinate moving logistics to make the transition as smooth as possible.

th – We guide and inform you every step of the way so you know you’ve made the right decision.
