Kristine Callahan

Placement & Referral Specialist, CSA, CPC, CDP

Kristine has dedicated her career to serving seniors and their families with compassion and care. Her thorough knowledge of geriatrics combined with her comforting manner, make Kristine a valuable resource. Kristine has the expertise to help you fully understand the many options, and to support you in making the best choice among in-home care, independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities.

Kristine joined 2Sisters Senior Living Advisors in 2017, after working in healthcare for the past 20 years.  Twelve of these years were spent guiding families through the sales process at long standing assisted living communities. Most recently as a Senior Executive she helped develop new memory care communities throughout New England.

Kristine is passionate about coaching her clients and attributes it to her numerous experiences as a family caregiver. She was the primary caregiver for her grandmother, aunt, step father and mother through illnesses and end of life care. These hands on experiences led to her early work in nursing homes and home health care.

Since COVID-19 Kristine has utilized her disaster recovery certification along with her professional coaching to guide families through the most stressful times. Each client needs strategic plans for every possible outcome they may experience in 2020 and beyond.

Coupled with her coaching certifications Kristine is a Certified Senior Advisor, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Reiki Master Practitioner. She serves on the board of directors for the Estate Planning Council of Cape Cod. Kristine makes her home on Cape Cod after many years in Greater Boston.

Kristine Callahan saved my parents lives!! I am serious. My experience with 2Sisters was the MOST positive experience. Kristine had a way of talking to my father like no one in the family could. She reassured him we were doing the right move. She was and is so very patient, extra caring, immune to dealing with other people’s fear and anxiety that people experience during this life change, and has a special gift to share with others in need of your help.
